Iran is ready to restart atomic negotiations with the United States on condition that it is approached with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's foreign minister has stated.

The Iranian diplomat said only diplomacy was effective, and disclosed recent overtures had come from intermediaries to resume negotiations with the American leadership. He claimed Iran had zero unreported enrichment locations, and Iran was not yet able to authorize the global atomic watchdog to inspect attacked atomic facilities for security reasons.

Walking a Challenging Course
